We consistently maintain contact with our candidates and ensure that know we are always available for them for advice or consultation.

Once a candidate is placed in a position, we contact them and our clients on the first day, at one month, three, six, nine and twelve month intervals. We act as the conduit for information to be passed confidentially between the client and the candidate to ensure both are satisfied and happy.

Our Temporaries are contacted within the first four hours of the assignment to ensure everything is satisfactory. On a weekly basis, we contact both parties to ensure they are satisfied.

Our Temporaries are paid the same week as they work and we require our clients to pay these invoices within 7 days.
