Sharyl established Allied Personnel - now known as Allied Recruitment Solutions - in 1980 with the specific purpose of ensuring clients and candidates received personalised and professional service.

During her career Sharyl has recruited for all the major Law firms in Melbourne as well as many boutique and medium sized firms and, still has this clientele plus a solid regional and interstate clientele.  Apart from Law firms, Sharyl has recruited for many of Australia’s leading companies, all levels of support staff, professionals and senior management and is regarded as a valuable asset to Human Resources and Managerial teams with her knowledge of market rates and availability of top talent.

As one of the most experienced Recruitment Consultants in Australia, Sharyl brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and is renowned for her caring, direct and professional approach.  She is an Accredited Professional Member of the RCSA.

In her spare time, Sharyl can be seen either running or walking in Melbourne’s most beautiful Parks and Gardens with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels or at some of the world’s most famous Art Galleries or travelling to exotic places in the world in pursuit of Architecture, History and Culture whenever she can.

Lin Hughes
Consultant

Lin has established a reputation as a respected Recruiter to the Melbourne Legal profession and in London. She assisted in the opening of a new office in the West End of London. Lin provided Recruitment services to the London Legal, Accounting and Banking & Finance professions.

After nearly 6 years in London, Lin returned to Melbourne and offers exceptional International recruitment experience to clientele.  Lin ensures that the candidate has the skills and experience required to efficiently perform the role and that candidates are suited to the culture of the firm.

As Lin has worked on both sides of the Recruitment desk, she has a full understanding of her clients and candidates' needs. Lin is an Accredited Professional Member of the RCSA.

Lin has Legal Practice staff management experience and has held positions as a Director.  She is an active Rotarian and a recipient of a Paul Harris Fellowship.

Seton Rose

Seton joined Allied Recruitment Consultants in November 2008 after completing a degree in Commerce.

She has introduced new systems to keep the company right up to the minute with accounting procedures.

In her spare time, Seton is completing a Law degree and enjoys mountain bike riding, keeping fit and trying to keep her adored Cavalier King Charles Spaniel out of mischief!
